It's hard to blame those who did it. Mob justice is not the best, but it's better than no justice at all. I hope those who are soft on crime in the USA take notice.

But there are many that can...and will...if they have more than just harsh language to confront evil with.
I'm sure shooting people would resolve the issue of an entire society lacking the desire and capacity to create institutions.
No, it won't resolve the issue you pointed out.
But right now, how in the world can their society create institutions when gangsters are tearing what was in place down and preventing anything constructive from being built.
Only people with guns can fight back against that evil.
And after peace is restored only then can those sitting behind their computer screens in safety and privilege can begin to counsel on how to "create institutions.

it would only take two battalions of regular U.S troops to clean up the entire island of gangs and thugs. The problem is the day after they left it would return to the way it was.
