Did you know the Amish are exempt from paying US Taxes ?
I found out, that they are exempted from Social Security, but do pay all other taxes.
The reason is that they do not claim Social Security benefits, leaving the issues to their community. Quite healthy solution.

And as for the 1 inch fake eyelashes - you look like a Latina version of Tammy Faye Baker.

At the gym where I exercise I overheard three women talking, one who was a client at the school is a very short, and very cute lady around 25-26 with an outstanding butt. She was telling the other two that she was thinking about augmentation for her rear. They both looked at like she was crazy and said she would be destroying perfection. Several of the gym trainers told her the same, that they could give her what she wanted just with exercise. Guess when she looks in the mirror she see's something different than the rest of us.
Fake anything on a women's body looks trashy and there are certainly better things in this world worth dying for.

I am having surgery I look for the best and its in a hospital, not a garage, not a doctors office or back room clinic, a real hospital.

It is not just the skill of the doctor with the scalpel that concerns me. Its what happens if things suddenly go south?
If things go wrong, and he does not have the staff, training, equipment and experience with cardiac or pulmonary resuscitation you could die.
Fine if people want to look good but you can dramatically reduce the likelihood of dying to look better.

Make remarks to elicit compliments, some do it a lot.

Like a lot of fashion things become exaggerated, like the Brazilian Butt Lift.
Like everything cosmetic changes have a lifespan and must be redone so it is repeat surgeries.
