Sosua is "touristy" & pricey. I was in Sosua today, the first time for several years - I live in Puerto Plata. I would say the prices in the restaurant we ate in are 3 times greater than a comparable meal bought in a restaurant in Puerto Plata. Very nice meal but we are used to the same for a lot less!
