SDQ is all ready to implement this. Off to the right of immigration booths, right in front of where you pay the overstay fees, they have several new aisles with scanners.

I can confirm that.........RD passports only
I asked Saturday.....

The US kiosks accept Cdn & US Passports... and possibly Mexican

Do the RD ones accept only PD passports is my question.

The US kiosks also take most European ESTA visa exemption passports.
