Yes,

Absoutely. The one noticable thing to him, was how "quiet" it was here. No motochoncho's driving by, no bachata music blaring, or rooster crowing. It is certainly an adjustment.

Him and my Mom are cooking supper together....he is slowly starting a routine.

HEY LISA!!

I had been looking at the "He Got the Call" thread but hadn't checked back in a while. I see that you FINALLY got your husband to Canada! GOOD news and it's right in time for Christmas. I guess Christmas wishes are still being granted! I'm so happy for you. I understood exactly what you were saying about being nervous and worrying about the adjustment period but Orlando seems to be doing quite well. I'll be stalking your blog to see how you guys are doing! (For some reason I couldn't leave comments on your blog so if I have any comments, I'll have to make them on the thread..don't know why...)

I'm truely happy for you!

You need to put the code in under the comment you typed out, otherwiase if you skip it, it won't let you add the comment.

I'll keep everyone posted on the adjustment period, and how he views things in Cda from a Dominican's perspective.
