If Guzmán Peralta has been working with the police for the last 37 years, given the amount of well-publicized institutional corruption within the PN, I dare say he's probably more of a problem then he will be a solution.

Prove me wrong?

I'd say that's a fair assumption. No old dogs will be bringing new tricks to this pony show that's for sure.

Just to look at him in that photo, he looks like just the type of guy that would have his nose firmly in the trough. It's a shame, I thought they were making some progress with the police. Looks like Abinader dropped the ball on this one.

I thought that was his GPA at the General School Interesting you knew that term (Gig line). My old man was a vet and police. Then he realized he had to make money.

I am a uniform aficionado. You know who had the best uniforms and they were designed by Hugo Boss. I will not say it here. Part of being a well-respected military or police operation is a "uniform" to be proud of. The term of course is not consistent here. I have never been able to discern what rank or outfit any service person here is attached to.
