New Hotel on the Samaná Peninsula?

A very recent video (the video itself was iploaded to Youtube 2 days ago) of a trip from
Santo Domingo to his “private” beach in Samaná, Karim says he might build a hotel. He bought the land adjacent to that “private” beach and is currently thinking what to do with it.

For those not in the known, Karim was born in Miami to a Palestinian billionaire and a Dominican woman. He has been living in the DR since he was 5 years old.

The video starts at the Santo Domingo Heliport but he mentions his plan to build a hotel while at his “private” beach on 15:04.
