This Wednesday the third phase of President Luis Abinader’s roll-back plan takes effect. Starting on Wednesday, 21 July, the curfew for the entire week will be 11pm with a two-hour grace period in order for employees and customers to get home.
President Abinader has also announced that he plans to roll back all restrictions in provinces where 70% of the population has been vaccinated. La Altagracia (Higüey and Punta Cana) have already reached this goal. President Abinader was in Punta Cana on the weekend and participated in the start of construction of the Crisfer Punta Cana residential development.
