May, you rarely will find those kind of men that you are expecting "Dance and talk" I guess you speak spanish ? because if not will be dificult for you.

And in Santo Domingo the every kind of Class of disco, we have the chopo's discos middle class Disco where every body are mixed and high class disco where hardly some people get in.

But, not body knows.

I do speak Spanish. I was born in Puerto Rico but I was raised All over as my stepfather was in the military. So if I carry a lengthy conversation with a mean over there, will it automatically be presumed that he's supposed to get some? not that it's just friendly conversation, homer??? What is a single girl to do these days??

And I already have some names, but where are the middle class discos and high class discos?

I've never understood the reason people want to carry on a conversation at a disco.

Day time-go to a fancy place for lunch and see if you can strike up a conversation with people or if you meet people in other places suggest lunch/ dinner somewhere.

Night time - disco is for dancing and watching other good dancers.
The less they talk to me the better I like them! I've never wondered who is or who isn't a hooker nor do I care. Other people's ages don't bother me at all. hehehehehe

Anna, you are right. Dinner/lunch is my idea of a wonderful time. And as I posted in a parenthetical, discos is not my favorite place to be. You will hardly meet your prince charming at a disco.. with the ocassional exception, since there is not rule to anything in life...

It just seems, when I went to D.R., that when you say go out, that's all they think of, is going dancing. The casinos were packed, but I am not a gambler nor the casino type.

So I guess room service in my room after spending the day sightseeing or at the beach it will have to be!! either that or make more friends that I actually enjoy spending my precious "getaway" and "vacation" time with!! I have not been that fortunate. Although my former nanny and I have gotten very close...

ZC walking..

For me when I walk alone I try not to dress too sexy. Just to save a problem from happening. I'd wear a nice pair of pants or jeans are fine. No sneekers. Hard to dance in them. If you dress too sexy when your walking alone in the street it brings too much attention. Unless thats what you want. But for me, you get enough attention just being a blonde, and why add more to it?!
