No Water in Samana
You have made that abundantly clear over and over again.
why would this country want a reliable sourse of water and electric ? .. with all the tourists ... when in Santiago they are ignoring the rules and building new high rise apartments every day... take out 1 or 2 houses and build a 12 story apt. complex... the houses had about 6 people living in them... the apts. about 125 people, I guess the schools here dont teach math.............
The INAPA Water District in Las Terrenas is the worst. Incompetent INAPA management that pays lip service to politicians that fly in from Santo Domingo to promote tourism.
In this video a few yards from the Los Pescadores (Fisherman's Village) you'll see wastewater overflowing onto the main street. We're talking about fresh feces all over your feet if you are going through it. This happens every time it rains. And sometimes, when its not.
This has been going on for at least 5 years and its not the only place.
