Around 5:20 pm on February 5, one of these cruise ships made a big turn just before Cabarete to return to Puerto Plata! Why would they do that? Never have I seen this before.

I'm betting medical emergency. I don't think they return for missing passengers very often. Maybe if they were on a cruise sponsored event
