Since last night I can't click on Acceder to access internet banking of Banco Popular on Windows PC with Chrome.

Not able to Acceder Banco Popular on PC anyone?
I could access using first webpage address bpd.com.do then clicked in acceso personal. I noticed that the upgrade of their webpage cancelled and are using now the very first webpage. I may think they fired every body at the web development department because the new webpage did not work very well and decided to go back to the original webpage.
