Ocean World Casino is temporarily closed due to the termination of the administration agreement that was previously arranged with Integrity Gaming Dominicana IGD, S.R.L. This termination occurred after an arbitration tribunal ordered the same in response to a legal claim made by Ocean World, S.A. and also ordered Integrity Gaming Dominicana IGD, S.R.L. to pay over forty million dominican pesos (RD$40,000,000.00) in favor of Ocean World, S.A. for the outstanding rent and services fees.
However, the temporary closure of Ocean World Casino does not affect the other amenities available at Ocean World, including the night entertainment facilities, such as the restaurant, the Bravissimo show, and the Ocean World Terrace. Once Ocean World, S.A., duly recovers the administration of the Ocean World Casino, the Casino will be operated by a new administrator that will symbolize the quality and integrity that is associated with the Ocean World name.
This process may take a few weeks and we will keep you updated on the process.
