I am perfectly happy with my urologist. She knows her stuff, speaks English, learned her trade in Barcelona, and is a pleasure to talk to as well. I have yet to find a fit for Cardiologists but the ones I have seen are adequate. My wife, who is Dominican has a good gynecologist but other doctors she has seen fit your description.
