In this picture one of my grandfather's brother and family, my mother have a whole bunch of cousins just think about eleven coming from one single uncle... Her Dad had eleven brothers and her Mom two only due to a very unusual divorce by the time.

This is the way old Dominican families used to be back in the years.

The thing that amazes me is the cleanliness of the cities and streets. Can anyone tell me exactly why we can't have that today?

But still, how hard is it to put garbage in a can or bag instead of the calles? Too many chopos with chopo attitudes today.
