There’s no such thing as a lost document, you just order it again. And get the same document, again. Everything is on microfilm or digitized on a computer somewhere

Shoot. I once lost my wallet size birth certificate and had no choice but to order a newer, larger, updated version. I thought maybe you would have a chance somehow, along those lines, that way. I do wish you the best of luck.

Can you present them with just page 2?
Then they won't see the license part and not get 'confused'.
