As I make on a weekly base saté for our family and of course the saté sauce ( https://www.thespruceeats.com/dutch-satay-sauce-recipe-1128970 ),
I was always very disapointed with the US brands.
They might be oké for bread but not for my purpose.
No I found the real stuff: EVA, mantequilla de maní. Just peanuts, you open the little pot and the oil is floating on it.
Perfect, for mi.

There are a few local brands like this. Oil is nice, but the peanut butter is hard as a rock.

I always bring along Crazy Richard's (100% peanuts with nothing added). Haven't found anything good here yet.

It's why I always liked Haitian manba (peanut butter). You can get it without sugar and with added red pepper. Just awesome!
I just had to try it. Peanut better and hot sauce. First time for everything. (and last)(n)

Oil on top of your peanut butter?
It tells you that your product is all natural.
You have to stir it in just like tahini (sesame).
I love tahini for my hummus but when it comes to "on toast" nobody does it better than Kraft.

I can just imagine what these connoisseur peanut butters cost here. Regular peanut butter has a 100% markup on it here.
