Highly respectable news anchor and journalist went viral today for stating to the DR nation that PICA POLLOs food consumption it’s more damaging to the human health than COCAINE !!!

Several news reporters and TV shows and influencers have stated that his comments were irresponsible and ridiculous , meanwhile some doctors have come to his defense stating that his statements DO hold some truth if NOT a lot of truth


Pica pollos all over the country have said that his statements are pure lies and without merit

I'd guess the way the chicken is prepped and cooked has a lot to do with how healthy it is or isn't.

Some places make really good fried chicken, others sell fried chicken soaked in vegetable oil

it also depends on how much cocaine is consumed,a line a day yes. An eight ball a day well that would be a horse of a different color.

José Apagón has a big following, usually folks who've never read anything but hang on to his nonsensical pronouncements hook, line and sinker.
Many consider him a polymath.

I've spent a long time analyzing and verifying the things he says, but I no longer do that. He's laughable.

By the way, eating fried chicken every once in a while won't kill you, but a one-time cocaine ingestion can.

Just another enjoyable thing that the fear mongers need to rage about. I quit listening to these a**holes years ago when the fear of the day was that the little colored flowers on toilet paper could cause rectal cancer.
It was at that point in my life I realized that listening to these idiots will cause serious disinterest and doubt about anything they say.
Anything in moderation is probably OK. Sitting down and eating a whole deep fried chicken every day or so is not good for you. You really don't need an "expert" to tell you this. Just grow a brain.

it's best to limit your intake of fried foods especially here they never change the oil here it's all about making a buck they could give a rats butt about your health
