I haven't really met the first head of any antidrug unit in the world that is not involved in drug traficking himself. That is almost common practice anywhere. They get that job because of that, not in spite of it.

They should make any policeman, customs official, etc. that is convicted of a crime a garbage man. They then have to wear an orange jump suit that say on the back, I am a theif. They need to pick up garbage all over Santo Domingo for a full year.

polygraph is a great idea. of course it would never pick up a dominican actually lying but it will pick up dominicans telling the truth. it makes them really nervous :devious:
