im a dominican male from brooklyn, ny looking for any type of dominican things to do in houston,tx. Im down here for school and i hate it. Their are no dominican people, dominican food places, or events.

If anyone knows if anything or anyone is dominican holla back cause I feel like im by myself down here.

I'm a dominicana in California and I must tell you that you are going to have to put up with not having Dominican things in Texas. That's great that you are out of NY(I'm a new yorker). It will give you more exposure to different people and places. Hang in there, you will be happy in the long run.

Since you are in texas, start learning the mexican culture and the way they speak spanish, be flexible and enjoy. You will be a well rounded person. Don't limit yourself

I am sure that there are Dominicans there in Houston.

Perhaps not at your age level, but they are there.

Where are you studying? What are you studying? Maybe we can find you some kindrid souls to make your life less stressful.
