They're working on that road again just west of the entrance to Perla Marina. I guess that might be the entrance to that project by Leo(I forget his last name)? I'm hoping it might be the Cabarete Bypass, but I doubt it.

I have heard nothing about the Cabarete bypass. Perhaps Leo's path in to the Bombita area where he will build housing for La Cienagans? Otherwise I have not heard anything yet on that new work. Could be just another new devleopment. Lots of land there.

There was also a recent clearing of a strip of land along the north side of route 5 and road improvements going north toward the ocean for what I was told will be a new project across from the Costa Azul/Cabarete Country Club area. That strip is just west of the restaurants squatting at what is left of El Rocon.
