I knew some of you are communists ;)
The Epoch Times is a far-right[12] international multi-language newspaper and media company affiliated with the Falun Gong new religious movement.[17] The newspaper, based in New York City, is part of the Epoch Media Group, which also operates New Tang Dynasty (NTD) Television.[18] The Epoch Times has websites in 35 countries but is blocked in mainland China.[19]

The Epoch Times opposes the Chinese Communist Party,[20] promotes far-right politicians in Europe,[3][5] and has backed President Donald Trump in the U.S.;[21] a 2019 report by NBC News showed it to be the second-largest funder of pro-Trump Facebook advertising after the Trump campaign.[18][22][23] The Epoch Media Group's news sites and YouTubechannels have spread conspiracy theories such as QAnon and anti-vaccinemisinformation.[18][24][25] In 2020, The New York Times called it a "global-scale misinformation machine".[21] The Epoch Times frequently promotes other Falun Gong affiliated groups, such as the performing arts company Shen Yun.[14

Now this - The mRNA vaccines look to be causing large increases in several types of cancer and papilloma viruses.
But rush right out and get your jabs, nothing to see here.

A viral video features a doctor making dubious claims about COVID-19 vaccines and treatments at a forum hosted by Idaho’s lieutenant governor. Dr. Ryan Cole claims mRNA vaccines cause cancer and autoimmune diseases, but the lead author of the paper on which Cole based that claim told us there is no evidence mRNA vaccines cause those ailments.

Pooh pooh it all you want but the peril is in blindly believing what the government and peer pressure dictates.
Long term consequences will be exposed and I hope millions are not condemned to lifelong side effects

Says who? I believe you are showing your own bias with the above answer or just repeat a rating organization with its own agenda. I have crossed checked many articles from Epoch Times against other sources and found them to be more credible than many like the Washington Post or CNN. Dont get me started on the old Grey Lady. Their credibility was shot a long time ago. Back to the subject. What is the point of mandates if the scientific community is saying the vaccines dont keep you safe. https://100percentfedup.com/cdc-dir...prevent-transmission-why-have-mandates-video/
Bob. Bias, both political and personal permeates the majority of the posts in this thread including mine. We‘re not experts in the field of infection and epidemiology. We’re armchair quarterbacks gleaning what we can from credible and questionable sources and posting what we think is the right interpretation. It’s not debating in its truest sense nor is it critical thinking.

My experience in the OT threads taught me not to take posts seriously. I’ve stayed away from personal insults and criticisms, the domain of the dim witted, to defend my posts. I don’t see the point in denigrating someone who doesn’t agree with my posts. Insulting them is not going to change their opinion nor should it.

Yes, yes they do.....assume too much.

And thank you............Wikipedia is an excellent example.

Way too much nonsense about Vaccines and so many other subjects for Wiki to ever be considered a reliable source;

Respectfully,
Playacaribe2
I never said it was source for vaccine info ..just pointing out who Epoch Times bows too…who do you consider a fair media source?

I don't believe I either insulted or personally denigrated you. All media has editorial bosses, and some toe the line to the point of RIDICULOUSNESS. I don't have a problem reading and enjoying article from the left, center or right. Any good reporter or journalist can present their point of view without cutting out the facts that don't support their point of view or the editors. Many of the articles on Epoch times come from other journalists that do not work for them. I like https://www.csmonitor.com/

I am skeptical of putting anything so powerful into my body.
There have been over 8,000 deaths from the Covid vaccine in the US alone and many multiple times that number in severe side effects such as heart issues, numbness or neurological damage and that is from the numbers that they allow to be recorded. My brother-in-law being one who now has heart issues from his Pfizer injections.

Keep saying you follow science just like the science that created Thalidomide, Accutane, Baycol, Bextra, Duract, Meridia and I could go on with drugs later found to cause severe organ damage.

Using inane statements such as "I follow the science" does not bring to mind someone who is a critical thinker but a more a go-along-to-get-along mentality.

Lots of Nazi experiments were conducted under the same guise of 'science', as was the Tuskegee Sypillis research.

You have always treated me civilly Bob. My reference to insults was a general reference based on what I observed in the OT threads. I consider myself apolitical on most matters and, like you, I make the effort to read all sides. No one has a monopoly on the truth. The bottom line for me is the majority of the posts on contentious issues are pure speculation and I view them as such.

Enjoy your day. I envy you living full time in the DR with it’s warm climate. I’m still stuck here in Eastern Canada viewing weather forecasts with frost warnings. Not nice.

I must correct my numbers.
There have been over 15,000 reported cases of deaths in the US due to vaccines and over 725,000 adverse effects, including 66,000 requiring hospitalization.

In fact there are more reported adverse effects from Covid vaccines than all other vaccines in the US in the last 30 years.

This is not just some quack conspiracy movement. Be cautious.
