That's nothing compared to our passengers that upon arrival just don't get and and walk. Noooo...atSDQ they land, clap, sing Hallelujah and then dance the bachata with their family near the exit door.

Was the agent taught that as part of his job or that was something he simply came up with and would get in trouble if the higher ups know about it? I bet he wasn’t taking into account the whole ordeal was being recorded by a third party.

There could be a lawsuit in the works.

The agent was abused by the woman in the wheel chair. Agent did the correct thing kicking her off the flight.
While the US is lawsuit happy, there is no basis for that.

It wasn’t the airline that took her off the flight. Some people work in positions and make decisions that aren’t a company policy. Seen it many times. A person’s rights will be violated and get away with it if they don’t know what exactly are their rights.

She fit the profile of someone who gets on a plane and doesn't follow flight attendant instructions.

How many times have you seen a video of passengers being deplaned to allow agents to remove one idiot physically?
