Ferries del Caribe is suing the government of Puerto Rico for shutting them down again after clearing their return to operation. The ferry said the Puerto Rican public health and port agencies had notified them on 7 November they needed to stop operations by 13 November 2020. The company complains that on 6 November they had been authorized to operate. The company resumed operations on 8 November and carried out three runs, keeping to the new health protocols.
