Question reg. Holding

Besides that I can't figure out whom, how and where to tell "them":

"Hi, I am a Holding and there won't be any business activity such as industrial or commercial..." and that preferably in the correct Spanish Business Terms or should my lawyer know / do all this? In that case I only need to wait until Friday but I like to know for myself too...

I see there are three institutions involved: ONAPI, Registro Mercantil and DGII.

In my understanding the only one of them what would really care is the DGII since they are responsible tax wise, or?

I'm not certain who your attorney is/will be but every attorney I know here who I would trust to create such a company knows exactly what I mean when I ask them to create a "non-operational holding company".

I still have difficulties to find the correct Business Spanish term for "non-operational holding company". I googled but nothing found.

I have 3 possibilities in Spanish though:

Compania Controladora

Compania Matriz (courtesy of Mauricio ) which seems to be my best bet

Compania Cabecera

I do hope that they not all mean (legally) s'thing different so I get really founded what I need
