Right, well here we go interested folks. Download allowance was continuing to gradually increase happily and had achieved 59% with 294 Mb remaining by 12.51 pm. It has, since then, dropped like a stone on a regular basis and now, at 2.11 pm, stands at 34% with only 168 Mb remaining.
Another computer (Charlie's beastie) was turned on at the point it started to reverse but has now been off for at least 20 minutes and the percentage continues to fall. It was found that BitTorrent is installed on the second computer but is set to zero.
