Somebody has to play the devil's advocate role. Too much BS in the DR about "menores" and their games, most of the time the menores are the ones who seek the action and when caught or inconvenienced or denied benefits/gifts/whatever, then they bring up the "claims" and "charges" against the "perpetrator" (whom they had seduced or even shamelessly offered themselves to, in the first place).

Devil's advocate? So the conniving 14-year old is responsible for what a grown man does?

As if there weren't enough of-age women freely giving it away that this slimeball rapist had to resort to this?

I tell you I see lots of this "menores" behaving more puta-like than any grown up woman. You don't have to go far just any Saturday night go to the "Venezuela" of Higuey, the street where most of the discos are in Higuey. One can see with his own eyes.

Sometimes this 14y.o. girl looks like a 23y.o. woman and she has fake cedula, or cedula of her older friend (you know the quality of photos on cedulas here). If she wants to get some easy money and then something goes wrong, there is another option to say "that guy raped me", so no problem with her family, and the guy's family will pay something (may be).

How many 15 y.o girls in DR are pregnant? How many 17 y.o. have at least one child? 50% or more? )))) And you think they all were raped? BS.

I doubt rape is something that a father would put a price on, even in DR. A man needs to be seen to keep face, a mother is different. I'd defo expect retaliation rather than negotiation where a mans daughter is concerned.
Mothers are often different.
