no harm done to the cats, just a bit of pushing and throwing but if someone hates all animals i find it a bit strange.
she has threatened me with the police but me calling them would probably push her over the edge as this person needs psychiatric help.
just a lesson not to invite people to stay in your house just because you feel sorry for them.
i am ready at any minute for the call from my angel neighbour that has enough of her and i will have an armed driver drop her to the airport.
i am sorry to have bothered you guys with my problems...

Well done for picking up nuances, MikeFisher - not bad for someone operating in their third language.

OK I'll be 100% serious this time, no smileys at all. dv8, you didn't 'bother' us with your problem, but it does raise an interesting issue. I presume you didn't have the opportunity to assess this guest's need for psychiatric intervention before you invited them to stay in your home? What concerns me a bit is your neighbour might soldier on & put up with more than they should, just because they know your husband won't have this woman in your house. I wouldn't know if your psychiatric diagnosis is correct, but you have certainly described erratic, unpredictable behaviour and a sense of unreality (your home & she threatens to call the police on you?). I'm wondering if, rather than wait for your neighbour to throw in the towel, some sort of proactive decision making might be called for?

And btw if you do at any stage arrange for transport to the airport, it will need to be driver plus one. Driver wouldn't be able to stop her doing something melodramatic like opening door during journey, so an additional supervisor would be safer.

i did not know my guest from hell was in such bad state. my observation tells me she needs professional help - setting aside erratic behaviour there are nervous tics, trouble sleeping, over sensitivity etc.

i am in constant touch with neighbour and offered to take chupasangre to the hotel or airport. i will discuss further steps with miesposo as i feel guilty of abusing the hospitality and kindness of the neighbour.

and i admit i also told her i will call the police if she does not calm down and walk nicely to the neighbour house. better that than have her robbed, raped or killed.

darn,
looks like my writing went down the hill,
got lost in cyberspace
or whatsoever.

i wrote a nice answer and what pops up??
page can not be displayed.

where are the good ole days when we wrote real letters and a few weeks later most been received, at least i never got an error message when writing letters.

will try again and this time "safe" before hitting the darn button.

DV8,
your guest threatened YOU in YOUR house with 'calling the police'???
now that's funny.
i see you are a very calm person.
if a guest at MY place wanna threaten ME with the cops or whatsoever,
heck,
i would kick that person outthahere without prior 'packing time', those luggages would get packed by myself and thrown behind.

and i would such person not provide with a new place to stay at the neighbour,
at least not as long as you don't hate that neighbour very much.

i agree on Ginnies recommendation for "airport Transfers" under special circumstances, an attentand in addition to the driver would be a very wise consideration.
and i would not wait til the nice neighbour calls for help.
talk to the neighbour,
if the neighbour wanna have that person out of the house, too, both together should talk to the 'guest' and say bye, right away, if the guest doesn't wanna leave call Ginnie and all the POP connections should join in and the guest escorted out by uniforms to where ever, but for sure out of the house.

your post did of course not bother,
we are a free bord,
so everybody is free to join a conversation or go on to the next thread.

glad to hear the cats are fine
