I've had the same thoughts. The block is that people really
don't go out for 'a cup of coffee'. A well-organized chain
focusing on strategic points with lunch and 'after-work-beer'
could make the difference! E-mail me, and I'll share my thoughts
more freely - it's not appropriate to discuss business deals
on this board!

there is one on the block between 27 de Febrero, Romulo Betancourt, and Winston Churchill, run by "Dalynet" or
something. it's the only one in town that i know of.
