Recycled Plastic Blocks for building Homes?

Recycling may be an expensive process but it is definitely worth it based on the good effects it has on the environment.

I saw an article in my local paper about a process that makes plastic blocks for building homes from waste plastic. Maybe someone with more experience can comment on feasibility, pros, cons--but it would seem to have potential. They've begun work in Haiti.
