Might have been, not sure, this was interviews and stuff. I appear to have switched over towards the end.
The guy is an artist?
Not sure what you mean, this was about testing F1 cars, or am I being stupid?

Tuto did a documentary on the Red Bull F1 team in Santo Domingo and on the beach of Juan Dolio. He produces videos and Red Bull is a client.

He did this one for Red Bull, also:

Oh I get it now, I wasn't sure what it was all about and haven't seen the Advert. I did see them on the Malecon a few years ago, probably part of the trip.

They ran the car on the beach in Punta Cana May 2010.

Three year ago sounds about right for the Malecon exhibition as well. I expect the beach was a bit of a better exhibition than the Malecon. I was excited for ages, then it got here and I had to climb a lamp post to see a wheel spin and a stall, then I just heard wonderful noises as people cheered. I've been to many F1 exhibitions around the world as well as F1 circuits and the Malecon was probably number 1 in terms of lack of consideration for anyone not in VIP, and probability of the car wiping several hundred people out should it lock up or bite on the wheel donuts.
It was a great morning/afternoon considering in terms of quality it was sh1t.

Ahhhh the F1 experience. I have been pit side at the Marlboro Grand Prix of Miami to hear those beautiful high revving beasts purrr....

...an experience I don't think my hearing ever recovered from! Fast forward a few days..."What? What did you say?" LOL

Oh yeah, I remember. They even took the car to Villa Juana (I think) on a truck and unloaded it there right in front of a colmado:

Red Bull racing has won 3 F1 championships in a row, but way before the won the first one they have done great things to promote F1 at a whole new level. Too bad they didn't bring any of their official pilots to DR, but instead they brought the spaniard Jaime Alguersuari who was actually a pilot for Toro Rosso (kind of a B team for Red Bull Racing)

F1 has never been held in Miami, but it could have been an Indy-car event.
