Who do I have to contact?And is it save to buy something from them?

I have heard from a man called Bommarito,who is the owner(represents) of REMAX in Sosua.But the things I have heard about him are not very positiv.How can it be that a man with such a bad reputation runs a company like REMAX.
Do you know if he is really the landlord(owner)of the beach plaza???
I was interestet in buying a shop there.

John Bomaritto and his wife Michelle operate a re-max agency in Sosua and he does own a small plaza near the entrance to the beach behind La roca, a restaurant and bar. my advice if you are going to buy or lease anything is wait until you are there and ask around the town for references etc. Treat it the same as you would at home and be very careful. Remember, itis buyer beware no matter whom you deal with.
