OK - here's my situation. I have a car with a (square) revista marked 2007-2008. I don't have a cedula.
So what must I do?
If I have to take the car to PP, to BanReserva and DGTT then where exactly are these two establishments?
When is the deadline? What is the exact procedure?

No , it's not my passport number and they never asked to see my passport either. They write the same number that is written on the matricula. I have been said, and it has been said on this site too, that for the foreigners that dont have a c?dula, they put a special c?dula number.
When I go to the ?? to obtain the marbete, they ask for 2 copy of the matricula and proof of insurance and the form the BanReserva gave me.
