Dropped in Monday past with a few friends to view the new digs and meet Frank. Amazing place! Clean, crisp, well laid out, comfortable seating and a good menu. A mind boggling change from its former days as Jose O'Shays. Felt a bit odd at first, but once you settle in, it kind of grows on you. Great job Frank.

Thanks! Nice to meet you. The heading on the thread should say "Rocky's Aqua." You're probably thinking of Rick's Cafe in the movie Casablanca. Great movie!

Thanks for stopping in!

Stopped in this week to watch football and at first was a little to much change for me after being a client of Jose Oshays for years. I eventually got used to the new look and the food is very good and is prepared at light speed by Dominican Republic standards. It was also nice to see the same staff still there and even some from awhile back (Naty @ Mery). Met Rocky seems like a nice guy and of course Frank is still there doing a great job.

Also a tourist trap bar on the cliffs of Negril. Went there once on my first trip. Never went back. Hoping the new place in cabarete has me coming back often.
