Well I want to visit Russia, maybe you dont want but I Want.

About Panama and Costa Rica are the only 2 countries in Central America that we can not enter visa free, but will take few more years as we are part of SICA. If you have visa from USA, Canada or UK, you can enter to Panama vista free.

Well we are already opened doors for USA drugs dealers and anything want to come here. All of them can came here same way,

Do you mean if a DR passport holder has a 10 year US visitor's visa they can enter Panama visa free?

What countries in Central America can a DR passport holder enter visa free?

Yes, if Dominican passport holder has a Multiple USA, Canada or Schengen visa and has traveled at least one time can enter visa free to Panama, I visited Panamá, Costa Rica, Aruba, Cuaracao and San Martin with my Canadian visa.

Central America visa free for Dominicans El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala and Belize.
