I know it's a little easier......

getting a work permit for Canada than getting one for the US but you'd better check the website Anna gave you first.......
Our borders may be invisible but they do exist.
My cousins husband came to Canada on a visitors visa.....
overstayed and got married. Went to work and got caught!!!!!
MAN DID THEY HAVE PROBLEMS!!
Anyhow they finally moved back down to California where he was from.....were there for eight years then she got tired of the problems she was having re: permanent residence for herself and her son from a former marriage (their kids were Ok because he was American) so they decided to mave home to Canada. They've been back 18 months and he's STILL waiting for permission to work!!

Its not that easy is it? I mean you can't just move there because you WANT to,can you? Most countries will allow highly skilled indemand workers,or wealthy people who want to start a business and create jobs immigrate. Most countries will not allow people who don't fit those categories to immigrate just because they want to live somewhere.Correct me if I am wrong.
