Santo Domingo March 22~24 to 31st

I'm going to be traveling to D.R. for spring break after a 6 year absence. I have family there but would rather stay at a hostel and explore the city and the island. While i'm visiting i'm hoping to meet some fellow travelers or locals to go have a few drinks with. If you're in the city or even on the island around that time and would like to accompany me for some drinks or an adventure or two pm me!

In SD stay at Hotel Conde de la Penalba in the Zona Colonial. Great location in the heart of the historical zone. Rooms are large and there is a big outdoor cafe'. Rooms run around $60usd. Another suggestion, if you want more upscale is the Renaissance Jaraguas Hotel and Casino on the Malecon. Rent a car and drive to Las Terrenas. There are a lot of good bars and restaurants and night life.
