Yes, I like that notion, good idea. Those cities are wonderful, particularly Paris and Barcelona.

first, Penalosa - and others - said, the Dominican Rep. don't have to copy the capital errors in urbanism largely represented in US cities, just because they are closer and better known than Paris, Barcellona, Amsterdam ...
Again, I wrote "not copy the errors", and NOT "not build a city", wake up!

second, I don't want to give you a boring lesson on urbanism, but believe me, skyscrapers do NOT resolve the problem of the growing population! So pity many thinks like you.
