Wow. That's an amazing accomplishment. Congratulations!June 2012 330lb started in the gym again today I am 250lb and feeling great I lift very heavy I do cardio everyday and my diet is on spot clean eating 5- 6 times a day except this weekend gym is closed and i am on vacation. Losing fat getting in shape is an awesome feeling. Weight isnt really important but it is a guideline better to use how you look and clothes fit.
Same here.. It's been great to have more energy than before and not feel so fatigued all the time. I went from a size 42 pants to a 36.
