To avoid the spark - you touch the llast lead to the invertor to the ist 6 volt, then to 12 volts (that is two batteries) and then to 3 then to 4th and make the final connection. This charges up the big capacitors inthe invertor slowly a bit at a time. The alternative is to use a 12 volt car inspection lamp connected to the last main lead and touch it to third battery first then the last and connect the main lead. This does the same thing.

Not that I'm complaining..but the one day we are supposed to have a scheduled blackout starting at 9:00 am is the first day we've had power after 9:00 am in over a week! :ninja:

Just had a 90 second outage in Cabarete..1150am..I bought ice and had all the cervezas cooling down for today since 830am...WTF....lol

It is was a day late but they are working on the HV lines in Playero Car park - maybe its tree cutting but it looks like they are changing insulators too. Thats the only one we have seen but there may be others -off at 9;30 am so maybe back on at 5:00pm and probably off tomorrow too!

But the team is not on her team, right?
