Ditto, I am not the least bit surprised with all the stories of UN personnel violating young Boys to find that they are doing the same thing to Girls as well.

There's nothing "willing" about it in the case of underage victims. Adults don't get to ask that kind of return from a favor of any type to a Child under 18. That is statutory rape and there are for too many incidences of it wherever UN forces set up camp for the UN to amount to any real value to People in need. Just come in, hand out the food, clothing, medicine and supplies and leave already.

Not banished. De-funded and stripped of their tax status in the case of NGO's. Why is our government relying upon proxies to provide aid when we've got the best logistical infrastructure in the world (U.S. Military).

Providing direct aid to Haiti would be very easy if we had the will...

There's nowhere on Earth we can get to in hours.
