The Bigio family is involved with Texaco gas stations in the DR and GB Energy which supplies fuel oil to airplanes in Dominican airports. If it's true he is involved in financing the gangs, the DR government should confiscate his financial presence in the DR and freeze qny accounts he has in Dominican banks and/or in other financial institutions. Confiscate any private properties he may own in the DR too (vacation homes and such) and ban him from entering the DR for anything.

When putting gas to your car/suv/etc, keep in mind buying from Texaco could mean part of your money is going to finacially support Barbecue et al.

It has nothing to do with placing blame and everything to do with responsibility and no man (insert the "no mater how much money you have" emoji here) being above the law.
Is that how it works in real life?

In my opinion, unemployed individuals, those who are short on rum or both are not interested in what rich people are doing and they are most certainly not posting about it on DR1 (insert the "unlike others who are posting their narrow minded ideas" emoji here).

It will only hurt him when the US adds his name to the sanction list - and then perhaps figures out a way to cut off his access to SWIFT transactions. Many of the "BAMBAM" oligarchs in Haiti are honorary consuls of foreign governments which evidently means that they do not have to pay taxes. One assumes that it will also give them a safe haven in case things get too hot for them in Haiti. Most of the Very Rich are second or third generation immigrants from the Middle East and not considered "Haitian" by most Haitians - in that they are not descended from enslaved Africans.
