Hi Everyone, my first time post. We have been to the DR a few times in the past couple of years. We normally stay between Cabarete & Sosua. I have noticed there are several rocky outcrops along the beaches which look suitable for fishing from. Can anyone tell me if I need a permit to fish there, what if anything, I am likely to catch, what tackle to use, and the location of local takle dealers. I have a small storage place in which to leave any equipment for future trips. Our next trip will be in August 08.
