Maybe they are mentally challenged...which would explain some things...I just wish the VA would suspend the welfare payments to the losers who are walking around Boca Chica with no visible disability

the scam is the doctor's charge $100 for their service then the VA Center charges the United States government $500 which is a disgrace. and it's a disgrace to the vets who own these centers.
Wait. Everyone keeps saying there's no charge to be treated at these "VA Centers"let's not forget these VA medical centers that are popping up around the country there's a few in Punta Cana and Bavaro

Now you're saying they charge $100 bucks?
the ones wandering around 'BC' certainly fall into that category, although I'm sure their mental challenges predated their military serviceMaybe they are mentally challenged...which would explain some things...
I would be interested to know if the "centers" do in fact get reimbursed from the VA, or how long it takes to get reimbursed. From previous experience with VA billing, getting paid by the VA is a long process.no I'm not saying that still no charge for the vets but the Doctors charge the Center lets say 100 than the center charges the USA govt 500 its a scam,
Unless RD knows it is a good chance that they make you pay and you need to collect from the VA. That is what some clinics here to with Medicare. So they get their money up front............I would be interested to know if the "centers" do in fact get reimbursed from the VA, or how long it takes to get reimbursed. Trust the Knight on this one....They are scamming. shame because its the vets who own the centers .I would be interested to know if the "centers" do in fact get reimbursed from the VA, or how long it takes to get reimbursed. Us Canadians, at least us Vets have several forms that we have to send in annually. Are you still missing your leg type questions. Fortunately, they allow you to do it online at Veteran affairs Canada...etc. I have all my pension money go into my Canadian bank acct. They allow free transfers to my DR Bank, which charges me 7 dollars for each transfer. All my income tax paperwork I send online to H&R Block, and they process my Tax return. I do receive my T4 income tax receipts in the DR post office, but I can get them online as well. Anything like new CC my Canadian bank sends them to my brother. So, the headline should be SS payment suspended for those that didn't follow the rules.
BHD Leon and it isn't a tradition wire transfer it is a bank-to-bank transfer with no routing bank.Hey Bob, what bank in the DR is this that only charges $7.00 for a wire transfer?

No, my Canada bank doesn't charge me anything, the BHD charges me 7 dollars.Bank to bank as of your bank in Canada sending money to your BHD account in DR for $7.00?

yesGot that portion but, does the money source is your bank in Canada?
I agree with you 100%. let's face the banks are unreliable and then will take your money than you have to go prove it that it's yours for this reason I only transfer down here what I need to live off of credit cards that have mailing addresses in the United States
Banco Popular used to charge $7 USD to receive my wire transfers from my US account. A few months ago that charge went up to $10. I'm pretty sure all DR banks charge similar (somewhere around $7-10) to receive such transfers.Hey Bob, what bank in the DR is this that only charges $7.00 for a wire transfer?
Banks are the biggest scam here.Banco Popular used to charge $7 USD to receive my wire transfers from my US account. A few months ago that charge went up to $10. I'm pretty sure all DR banks charge similar (somewhere around $7-10) to receive such transfers.
Well, my US bank's normal wire transfer send fee is $45, so I guess you would say the same about that too. Luckily, they consider me to be a preferred client (or whatever they call it), so I don't pay that fee. Regardless, however you choose to send yourself money here, you gotta pay something, right?Banks are the biggest scam here.
