I am very familiar with the area near the Metaldome. I go to the fresh fruit and veg market twice a week. I will look for their clubhouse for a chuckle.

Tell you what. Next week I'll be at my condo in Piantini. Arpel 7 Are you familiar with it?. Don Pepe is right next door. I'll let you take me out for dinner, and I'll leave the tip. Afterwards, we'll go visit the clubhouse in Juan Dolio. Bring a gift for them and don't wear your crocs.
I know Don Pepe well. Never have I seen a pack of motorcycle gangs loitering in that area, never, unless you consider a pack of moto delivery drivers as a biker gang. Unless I missed something you said they are nomads, does that do not indicate they are homeless. Maybe some have watched too many biker gang shows. They tend to glamorize those losers. I have no problem with them beating and shooting each other, just as long as they keep those loud motorcycles out of my area. I respect not a bunch of inconsiderate hooligans who scream around on a motorcycle that is designed to make noise. It takes zero talent or skill to own one and they are made to bother people.

The one guy I do have hopes for is the Sports Bar Complex at the end of Clisante..

Many tourists like to enjoy something familiar when in a different country...not for every meal, but on occasion. And, many will splurge a bit, whereas they might not go to one "back home." This Hard Rock Cafe can fit that desire. If they are depending on a big percentage of repeat local customers, that could be a struggle.
That whole force the hookers to the east end of PC , out of site and out of mind, never did work out. Oh well, what will they try next?
I know of one who is a moderator on an English-speaking web site and was also a manager of some pretty large free zone companies.
Does he ride around town on an extra loud motorcycle begging for attention dressed up wearing leather chaps like he is in a drag show. Those loud motorcycles are seriously inconsiderate. What makes them more offensive is they design them to do that.
The Tribe has an Excellent Senior Leadership Team .. They dont make mistakes like this .
As an overpriced" Hamburger joint" with a recognized Name, this will be a complete Failure .
There is no amount of repeat business from guys visiting 3 times a year that can save them.
The Need Expats to eat there as well, which is not going to happen . and the Demographic now in Sosua are not really Hard Rock Customers .
Although in Atlantic City NJ that is not necessarily true..
I just dont see these Dudes hanging out here though , but that could be 100% wrong.
The most likely Scenario is THEY KNOW something , which the rest of us dont . and this is just to get their Feet in the Door .
Im thinking more like GAMING.. which is the Tribes real bread and Butter .

This may be more of a "back in the day" image rather than a current image. You could be sitting next to a member of the Hells Angels and not even realize it. I know I was certainly surprised a while back when we were out to dinner and was told at the table next to us were members of the Hells Angles. They were having a dinner to honor someone who had passed. You would have never known, they were dressed in very nice suits, looking very much like wealthy businessmen. You can't always judge people/person by a preconceived idea. With that said they do have quite the "reputation".

I find this VERY hard to believe. You mean the losers that scream around town on motorcycles w/o mufflers, covered in tattoos from head to toe, sporting biker jackets because they failed in every other aspect of their lives, so they resorted to drug dealing. Now they are wearing suits and having high tea and crumpets. I guess anything is possible. I am sure they are also Mensa members.
