Starting Tomorrow , the stamp “Admitted” will NO longer be used in DR , PLUS the days of “stay” in DR will need to be written down on passport stamp 🤔 🤔 🤔

2 points/questions :
1- Now I am a bit confused , I could have sworn that they being doing this for a few years Now … I will need to look for my passport but IF am not mistaken don’t they stamp and write with a pen on top of your stamp always ? … or am imagining things ?
2- How is this “NEW” protocol of changing the word from “admitted” to “ENTRY” plus adding the days of your stay will affect American citizens / Expats ? Anyone have any ideas , thoughts , assumptions , comments ? …. BeCause I do Not know if this change is Good or Bad for us ( expats and foreigners , tourists )
