dominicans known about theft.....when they are ready to build something....they build a fence first gate, secure the area...lock it down...hire a neighbor...very careful...materials ,,they dont want them stolen...
Ive been up in the hills watching a project...owners come and bring all they need for one days work...block,cement , drinks, labor, and leave. nothing to steal...after the secure fence is finished then they go ahead and build.. first a secure shed for tools wire etc...they dont trust ....they know.....
