its great being ignorant you learn something new every day- by the way we had two explosions and two power cut offs during the high wind but its back on again now

You are not suggesting for one moment that the power cuts were as a result of EXPLOSIONS are you sokitoumi??? I mean ...... that's a first WORLD reason for power failures - not a Third World reason!!

I put it all down to 'Dem Gremlins' mucking about down at the port power station!! It was either 'dem Gremlins' or the electrical engineers I saw out out working on broken power lines today! How inconsiderate of them to switch power lines off whilst they are working on them! :ermm: :surprised :pirate:. ~ Grahame.
