How this dude has stayed alive so long is indeed a Mystery ..
He's still alive because nobody thinks he's valuable enough to go to jail for killing him.

He'd be wise to avoid my home town of Jacksonville. A few rap group/ clicks up there have been going back and forth since 2018 and are responsible for an estimated 40 homicides between the two of them across the city. More than one of them have been in retaliation to people "snitching" like Tekashi did up in NYC.

Not only do they murder each other in broad daylight, they make songs about killing one another which have become major international hits across the globe. Here's one of a dozen or so examples.

We are living in very interesting times.
This guy Tekashi is just a drop in the ocean when looking at the big picture.

I am still trying to grasp the facial tattoos. Not having any tattoos or as they say, "body art", how does one acquire such an intellectual mark on the face. Do you simply walk into a tattoo parlor and request a large 69 printed on your face and forehead. Certainly, there must be some liability paperwork to be completed. I would be interested to hear that conversation. So would Sigmund Freud I am sure.

I've asked myself why does Tekashi like to hang out in the D.R.? His biggest fan base is in the U.S.
He's had several brushes with the law in the D.R, and is going to risk receiving an "impedimento de salida."
And as Dominicans are fond of saying, "Él quería brillar, y lo brillaron. TÍKITI."

From Listín Diario newspaper: "La magistrada Fátima Veloz impuso en contra del estadounidense de origen mexicano, el pago de 30,000 pesos, mantenimiento de impedimento de salida del país, presentación periódica los días 30 cada dos meses y charlas en el centro conductual".

Yeap! As predicted a few days ago: Dude can't leave the country now.

The public prosecutor's office is not happy he was released:
Public Ministry will appeal the coercive measure imposed on Tekashi
After the American rapper Daniel Hernández, better known as Tekashi 6ix9ine, was released on conditional release, with the payment of a financial guarantee, the Public Ministry reported that it would appeal the decision imposed by the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the National District.
The judicial body maintained that the conditions dictated as coercive measures by Judge FátimaSwift against the artist accused of gender and domestic violence is an erroneous application of the norm and, by not imposing the custodial measure, leaves the victims, the urban performer Yailin “La Más Viral”, and her mother, in danger. Wanda Díaz Núñez.
In addition to the financial guarantee, consisting of the payment of 30 thousand pesos, Tekashi is also prevented from leaving the country, periodically appears before the Dominican justice system, and must attend conduct talks, while a protection order was issued in favor of Jeorgina Lulú Guillermo. , Yailín's real name, and her mother.
The chief prosecutor of the National District, Rosalba Ramos, maintained that the judge violated the right of the victim, Mrs. Díaz Núñez, to be heard via another mechanism, not in person, due to her absence at the hearing for health reasons.

This judge's decision is going to anger a lot of people. I won't be surprised to see it overturned on the appeal.

Tekashi 6ix9ine update, busted by the IRS, and blaming the DR for his tax invasion issues. :ROFLMAO: Also, see the auction list below as someone may want a Rolex Datejust Wristwatch as I think I'm going to pass on the "Billy the Puppet” Jigsaw Pendant

1 year ago when I was stuck in RD 8 months the feds made a raid for the entire house because I did not report my income for 4 years. And for them it was seen how I was running and hiding in DR when the reality was that I could not leave and get to the USA. If you don't live like this without renting you shouldn't have an opinion.”
