Text message minutes charge with Orange

I am wondering if there is a minutes charge for sending text messages with Orange phone service. Thanks!

I use orange card when I'm down there, and I sent dozens of text messages on RD$100 of credit, and still had enough minutes to make 2 (brief) calls to the US, so I think they only charge a peso or two for each text.

Orange to Orange = 1 peso
Orange to any other carrier = 3 pesos...... this includes US and Canada
Not about rates to other countries
